Was für ein Wochenende liegt da hinter uns!? Der ganzen AJZ Crew fehlen die Worte. Es war einfach unbeschreiblich! Zwei Jahre Corona liegen schon hinter uns und die Planung für unser Jubiläum war seitdem gespickt von Höhen und Tiefen. Nun war es soweit und wir blicken auf ein Festival zurück, womit wir so selbst nicht gerechnet haben. Es war einfach grandios!
Warum? Unser Dank geht laut raus an alle Bands, die uns mit ihrem Sound zum Tanzen, Pogen und Schwitzen brachten, an die Crew von ALD - AUDIO & LIGHT DESIGN, Billardzimmer e.V., Plastic Bomb Fanzine, an alle ehrenamtliche Helferlein, ans KAW Leverkusen für das tolle Geburtstagsgeschenk und natürlich an alle großen und auch kleinen Gäste, die dabei waren. Ihr habt das Festival zu dem gemacht, was es war.
Einmal mehr hat uns dieses Wochenende gezeigt, wie wichtig es ist, Freiräume zu erhalten und LAUT und AUF zu bleiben. Besucht weiterhin Freiräume, unterstützt kleine Veranstaltungsräume/Zentren und lasst Kultur weiter leben!
Wir bleiben bis zum Jahr 3000!
Bis dahin sehen wir uns hoffentlich alle nochmal auf der ein oder anderen AJZ Bahndamm Veranstaltung!
Das nächste Jubiläum im August 2025 ist nicht mehr weit und wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf EUCH!

What a weekend lies behind us!? The whole AJZ crew is lost for words. It was simply indescribable! Two years of Corona are already behind us and the planning for our anniversary has been full of ups and downs ever since. Now the time has come and we can look back on a festival that we never expected. It was simply terrific!
Why? Our thanks go out loud to all the bands who made us dance, pogo and sweat with their sound, to the crew of ALD - AUDIO & LIGHT DESIGN, Billardzimmer e.V., Plastic Bomb Fanzine, to the volunteers who support us, to KAW Leverkusen for the great birthday present and of course to all the guests, big and small, who were there. You made the festival what it was.
Once again, this weekend has shown us how important it is to maintain free spaces and to stay LOUD and UP. Keep visiting open spaces, keep supporting small venues/centers and keep culture alive!
We will stay until the year 3000!
Until then, we hope to see you all again at one or the other AJZ Bahndamm event!
